Creating visual separation with a boxed title
Creating a visual separation of the slide title from the content of your presentation slide can improve the overall appearance of the presentation slide. Without the visual separation, the slide might sometimes seem incomplete and lack of impact visually.
There are many ways to create this visual separation. One of the easiest way is to use a boxed title to separate the slide title from its content. Placing the slide title in a rounded rectangle box immediately creates the visual separation needed. Use a simply styled rectangle—no shadow, no gradient fill—just a simple rectangle will do.
To make it visually more interesting, the box can be aligned to either the right or left edge of your slide, instead of the center. Click (touch) on the thumbnails below to see alternative versions of the boxed title being applied to the sample slide.
This simple technique of boxing the title makes a visual difference in the overall appearance of the presentation slide.
